This includes complex multi-party disputes including Blackpool Borough Council v Volkerfitzpatrick Limited  EWHC 1523 (TCC), the litigation associated with Accolades Wines in Avonmouth and the leading UK delay case, Walter Lilly & Co v DMW Developments Ltd  EWHC 3139 (TCC). David has a detailed understanding of construction associated insurance issues and was a contributor to Hogarth's Insurance Law for the Construction Industry.
